Q: How do I find out more information about a report?
A: The quickest way to find out more details about the content of a report is to view the relevant page on this site, or contact the project manager directly. A brochure, extract and/or Table of Contents can be sent to you upon request if these are not available for download on the site.
Q: How do I find out the cost of a report?
A: The quickest way to find out the cost of a report is to contact the project manager directly. The contact name, and e-mail link, for the project manager of each of our reports can be found on the relevant page of this site. Prices are also listed on the brochures and order forms.
Q: How do I order a report?
A: To order a report, simply click on the 'add to cart' link in the middle of that report's web page. To complete the order proceed go to the 'checkout' on the left hand side of the page where you can alter your order if you wish before it is completed. Alternatively, e-mail the contact person for that report to obtain more details.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Yes. We use secure encrypted methods to transmit your credit card information. Additionally, we do not store your credit card details at all.
Q: What information do you provide for free?
A: We unfortunately cannot give away free information, reports or parts thereof to anyone, including students.
Q: Do you supply your reports in electronic format?
A: Yes, wherever appropriate, we attach files to this website which can be downloaded by subscribers. In some instances, files are provided on CDRom. Please contact the relevant staff contact person if you have any questions about a particular report.
Q: Do you have a report covering all cities and property sectors?
A: Not as yet for commercial property, but we are considering this. However, as we are regularly updating our principal reports, we can undertake a customised report that will discuss the current state of play and outlook for different sectors and markets.
