    Historical data and three-year forecasts on non-residential building activity for each of the main building types (offices, hotels, retail, factories, education, health, etc.). Discussion of specific projects and their impact on the non-residential sector.

  • Engineering Construction

    Historical data and three-year forecasts on engineering construction. An analysis of the main categories (roads/highways, bridges, railways, power stations, etc.) and discussions on both private and public expenditure. Information on major construction projects, at either planning or commencement level, is included in the reports.Annual report with one update per country.
