BIS Shrapnel's Building Industry Prospects has been running for 40 years and is Australia's leading forecasting publication in the building industry. The annual subscription includes:

  • Monthly Bulletin (10 issues per year)
    A regular monitoring of developments affecting the building industry, with detailed numerical forecasts of both dwelling and non-dwelling building activity. Forecasts include commencements of commercial and industrial building (including offices, shops and hotels), commencements of social and institutional building, housing and other dwelling commencements. Building Industry Prospects also considers approvals and completion of dwellings, alterations and additions, demography, housing finance and real estate prices.
  • Building Briefing Conferences
    Half-day conferences held in March and September each year, in most capital cities. The conferences provide forecasts for the next 18 months, with a detailed briefing of the factors that will influence building activity. Two complimentary admissions per subscriber, for each conference.
