Fast Food in Australia, 2006-2008

Based on 1,700 interviews, this study identifies current trends in consumer preferences for different types of food and hot and cold beverages sold by QSRs, takeaway operators and cafes. Current and historical values and number of purchases are provided for over 100 types of food and beverage products, together with the market positioning of major fast food operators. Consumer preferences for different cuisine and outlet types are also analysed by gender, age, household composition and income. Biennial. Price:
