The 2011 update provides a comprehensive review of the apartment market including:

• rental trends, rental yields and forecasts
• apartment price trends and forecasts
• forecast supply and vacancy rates

The report subsequently provides a complete update of our forecasts over the 2011 – 2018 period, including underlying demand, supply, rental, and values. In particular, the study includes specially run data from the recent Census to provide the most comprehensive demographic profile of Inner Brisbane apartment residents available. The 2011 report will include for the first time the Hamilton precinct, which incorporates the substantial development taking place at Hamilton Harbour.
