Beverley is the Senior Manager of BIS Shrapnel's property unit and has extensive experience in commercial property market research and consultancy in the real estate and banking industries. In addition, Beverley has practised as a town planner, in statutory and strategic planning areas.

Beverley has worked with BIS Shrapnel for nearly thirteen years and was responsible for the first BIS Shrapnel studies of the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane industrial property markets. She has prepared several qualitative market research studies on the industrial and commercial sectors.

Beverley's current roles include client service and liaison, sales, preparation of reports and prospectus material, presentations, managing the unit's work program and editing property reports.
