Subscriptions and Conference Client Services Manager

Joy has worked for BIS Shrapnel for over 10 years in accounts, marketing and client service roles and now leads BIS Shrapnel’s subscriptions and conference client services team.

Joy and the team provide client support services to subscribers to BIS Shrapnel’s Economic Outlook and Building Industry Prospects services and also our residential property studies, along with the management and coordination of our Business Forecasting Conferences which are held twice yearly around the country.  

Joy is also able to assist with queries regarding the use of our website and Online services to ensure clients gain full utilisation and maximum benefit from their subscriptions to BIS Shrapnel’s reports and services.
