Kevin is an Associate Director of BIS Shrapnel with responsibility for the Technology Applications Group and the international business of BIS Shrapnel. He has worked in the information technology and telecommunications sector for over 25 years and in the Asia-Pacific region for over 15 years.

He has held line management positions in both equipment vendor and service providers working for such companies as EMI, Cable & Wireless and Hewlett Packard. He has also been involved in the establishment of new telecommunications companies throughout the world, including O2 (Mercury) in the United Kingdom, Time Telecommunications in Malaysia, Bharti Cellular in India, KG Telecom in Taiwan and Smart Communications in Philippines.

His original market research and business planning experience has been critical in working with new and established organisations on the development of information-based strategic plans.

Kevin started BIS Shrapnel's Technology Applications Group in 1989 in order to develop appropriate research and analysis for the introduction of technology based products and services. Over the past 15 years he has managed a broad range of such projects that have evaluated opportunities in the following classifications:

• business to business
• business to consumer
• government to business
• government to consumer

He continues to manage and conduct assignments and studies in the sector including applications market analysis and business needs and practices with respect to a range of applications and their likelihood of adopting technology based solutions to conduct such transactions.
