Lee joined BIS Shrapnel in 1999 and has worked on numerous reports across the commercial and industrial property markets in Australia. Lee's current role focuses on managing and producing a number of studies including the Sydney Commercial Property Prospects, Sydney Suburban Centres and Perth Commercial Property Prospects reports. He is also in charge of the Melbourne Industrial Market Forecasts and Strategies report. Each study contains detailed long term forecasts of key market indicators as well as providing insight into the implications and strategies for market participants.

Lee has also been involved in several economic impact studies, the financial evaluation of major projects, as well as ad hoc private client studies focusing on the commercial and industrial markets.
