Snr Project Manager – Property Economist

Martin Bregozzo works with the Residential Property business unit, analysing and forecasting housing markets, demographic trends, and the impacts of policy change. Martin has written reports for BIS Shrapnel’s multi-client series, including; Residential Property Prospects, Residential Land Market, Inner Sydney Apartments, and Medium & High Density Dwellings in Sydney Suburbs; in addition to being involved with a variety of private client projects. His opinion is often sought and quoted in the media.

Martin has extensive property experience spanning both private and public sectors. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), member of the API Property Economist Board, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Prior to joining BIS Shrapnel, Martin acted as a property economist for Housing NSW — managing economic appraisals, capital business cases, and developing portfolio optimisation strategies — and has over 10 years property valuation experience across all asset classes, both nationally and internationally, specialising in project feasibilities.
