Mike has over 15 years marketing research experience gained at a senior level in Australia. He is a full member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS) and has Qualified Practicing Market Researcher (QPMR) status.
Mike is the author of BIS Shrapnel's biennial syndicated studies: The Middle Market for Commercial Finance, The Middle Market for Credit Cards, and Vending Machines in Australia.
Along with these projects, he has undertaken numerous customised research studies across a range of industries for a diverse mix of client organisations. These include qualitative and quantitative research assignments in the building, food, finance, insurance, automotive and legal sectors.
Mike's research experience covers all aspects of quantitative research techniques including brand and advertising tracking, new product and concept testing, brand/price trade off, usage & attitude studies, advertising pre-testing and customer satisfaction research. His qualitative research experience includes conducting high-level depth interviews and focus group discussions, with a particular emphasis on business-to-business research.
