Ross is project manager for two of the largest multi-client studies in the building industry, Building Materials and Fittings in Australia, which examines the use of building materials across all industry sectors, and The Home Improvements Market in Australia focusing on all aspects of the alterations and additions markets. As a result of these studies, Ross has a strong working knowledge of the building industry and the building materials sectors.

In addition Ross has also conducted many private ad-hoc research studies involving market analysis and sizing, new product entry strategies and forecasting. These have also included design and implementation of different questionnaires and sampling methodologies, as well as high level business to business interviewing in various industry sectors.
