Ruth has experience of both the client consulting sides of market research. Before joining BIS Shrapnel in 1996, she was Business and Market Research Manager for one of the Big Five accounting firms where she was responsible for the design, implementation and reporting of the firm's research projects. She has exposure to all elements of the research consulting process and specialises in marketing strategy, planning and analysis.
Ruth heads up market research in our building and construction unit and manages several of our multi-client and private assignment in these and related sectors.
